Description

Introduction

Thermal conductive silicone sealant is mainly made of bonding agent and conductive particles.It is pasty mixture before applying,and solidifying in certain times and conditions. Our company’s silica gel is one component room temperature vulcanized silicon rubber (save as “RTV 一 1”),has good adhesion,no need extra mechanical immobilization.Cured at normal temperature.The curing condition is simple and can be repaired.The cured thickness is generally between 4-5mm. But this gel is sensitive for the surface of radiator,the polluted surface of device or weak bonding force of radiator.
