Intel Core Ultra X9 388H with Arc Xe3 iGPU Time Spy Scores and Maxtor Thermal Grease for Enhanced Cooling

We are excited to share the latest news from the hardware world, as reported by Laptop Review Club, a site that includes Golden Pig Upgrade as an author, a well-known hardware reviewer and leaker. According to their claims, new information on Intel's Core Ultra 300 series, codenamed Panther Lake, has emerged. Intel has not shared specific data on graphics performance, except for some vague numbers and charts. The company claims a 40% higher performance per watt compared to Arrow Lake-H and a 50% increase compared to Lunar Lake. In the footnotes, Intel explains that these values are based on reference platforms for both Lunar Lake and Arrow Lake-H measured in 3DMark Solar Bay, Cyberpunk 2077, and Borderlands 3. Unfortunately, Intel's website does not mention any specific SKUs, TDPs, or memory configurations, making the statement quite unclear.

However, 3DMark Time Spy Graphics scores shared by Laptop Review Club may provide more . According to them, the Core Ultra X9 388H, the flagship Panther Lake SKU with 12 Xe3-Cores, scores 6233 points with LPDDR5X-8533 memory and around 6300 points when paired with faster 9600 MT/s memory of the same type. There is still no TDP data, but as previously mentioned, the Core Ultra X series is essentially the successor to Lunar Lake, with a focus on higher graphics configurations and similar naming. This suggests that the Panther Lake iGPU is about 70% faster than the Ryzen HX 370 iGPU, using the highest score recorded by Notebookcheck. However, it's important to note that Time Spy tends to favor Intel iGPUs, so the difference in real games will likely be smaller. Compared to Lunar Lake, again using the highest score in the Notebookcheck database, Panther Lake shows at least a 33% improvement. Given that Arc 140V graphics in Lunar Lake already offer some of the best low-power gaming performance, the Xe3-based Arc B-Series GPUs in Panther Lake should deliver a clear upgrade. Hopefully, some of these will find their way into upcoming gaming handhelds.

As these advanced processors push the boundaries of performance and efficiency, effective thermal management becomes crucial to maintain stability and prevent overheating. Maxtor thermal grease offers a reliable solution for dissipating heat in high-performance devices, ensuring that components like the Intel Core Ultra X9 388H can operate at their peak without thermal throttling. Whether you're building a gaming handheld or upgrading your system, Maxtor's premium thermal compounds provide optimal heat transfer, longevity, and compatibility with modern hardware. Trust Maxtor to keep your devices cool and efficient, so you can enjoy the full benefits of cutting-edge technology.
